Running Festival – organizational debut 2010

The Running Festival of the Economic Forum has been recognized as the organizational debut of 2010, and the organizer of the Festival, Zygmunt Berdychowski, has been distinguished with the title "Patron of Races".

Ashenafi Erkolo won Koral Marathon!

Erkolo Askenafi representing Benedek Team from Debreczyn, Hungary won the Koral Marathon. The winner of the most difficult marathon in Poland reached the result of 2:33:29. The second place was taken by Bogdan Dziuba from Stalowa Wola with the time 2:34:01, and the third place by Wiktor Rogovogoj from LKB Rudnik from Kiev, Ukraine, with the time 2:37:08.

Adam Długosz first in the Run of 7 Valleys

The winner of the Run of 7 Valleys –ultramarathon organized during the Running Festival of the Economic Forum in Krynica–Zdroj was Adam Długosz from Visegrád Maraton Rytro, who crossed the one hundred kilometres route during 11 hours 17 minutes and 55 seconds. The second on the finish line was Krzysztof Lisak from Radom with the time 11 hours 24 minutes and 13 seconds, the third place was taken by Jan Michałowski from Krakow, who covered the route in 11 hours 24 minutes and 32 seconds.

BZ WBK Relay – victory of Krosno team

In the relay race of BZ WBK Bardejov - Krynica Zdroj, which was a part of the Running Festival in Krynica-Zdroj, the unbeatableproved to be the team from Krosno - KKB MOSIR Krosno ( 2:36:55), the second on the finish line was a representative of WITAR Tarnobrzeg team (2:38:10), and the third place was occupied by the team "Mocne Konie" (2:48:52)

• 7 Valleys Run Ultramarathon of the Festival  - run for the most persistent runners - 100 km. Start at 3.00 , finish line deadline at 22.00 pm (time limit of 19 h)
• Run to Jaworzyna Mountain, start at 10.00
• Krynica Muszyna-Muszynianka Run, start at 12.00  finish line deadline at 13.30 pm (time limit of 1.30 h)
• BZ WBK Relay Bardejov — Krynica-Zdroj, start at 16.00 - finish line deadline at 09.00 pm (time limit of 5 h)
• Pasta Party 19:00
• Awards Cremony — 20.00

Sunday - 11 September:   

• Koral Marathon - 42,195 km, Nowy Sacz-Krynica Zdroj, start at 9.00 am, finish line deadline at 3.00 pm (time limit 6 h)
• Runs on Krynica’s Promenade for children — 9.00
• Runs on Krynica’s Promenade for women — 10.30
•  Awards Cremony 16.00 

Katarzyna Rogowiec enrolled in Koral Marathon

Katarzyna Rogowiec winner of the Bronze Medal in Winter Paralympics in Vancouver and two Gold Medals on Olympic Games in Turin has enrolled in the Run from Krynica to Muszyna.

Ultramarathon - altitudes: +4400 m/-4400 m!

Economic Forum Polish Running Festival which is one of the toughest ultra-marathon races in Europe. Ultramarathon is 100-km-long race which will take place in vivid and most gruelling trails in Beskid Sadecki. Altitudes: +4400 m/-4400 m!
