Rules of Koral Marathon
I. ORGANIZER
1. The organizer of the Running Festival is Institute for Eastern Studies with the seat in Warsaw at the following address, 00-382, Solec 85/33 str.; www.forum-ekonomiczne.pl, phone: +48 22/583-11-00, fax:+48 22/583-11-50, email: festiwalbiegowy@isw.org.pl.

II. PLACE AND DATE
1. Start and finish line: Krynica-Zdrój, promenade
2. Distance: 42,195 km
3. Route description: surface: 99% of asphalt, 1% of cobblestone
4. Time limit: 5h30’
5. General remarks:
- start will take a place on 8.30 am on 9th September 2012 (Sunday)
- all those who will not reach a finish line until 14.00 pm are required to stop the race and leave the route. They can get to Krynica by car provided by the organizer of the Festival
-all those who will not reach 25th kilometer until 11.30 are required to stop the race and leave the route
- water points will be located every 2.5 km of the Koral Marathon and nutritional points with water, isotonic drinks and bananas every 5 km.
III. PARTICIPANTS
Participants: all those who will fill in online registration form, will receive a start number in the Competition’s Office and will be 18 years old.
IV. CLASSIFICATIONS AND PRIZES
1. Among all participants who will finish Koral Marathon a car - Fiat 500 will be randomized. Value: 50 000 PLN.
2. Organizer reserves the right to introduce additional classifications.
3. Cash prize winners will pay the tax in accordance with applicable regulations.

V. APPLICATIONS
1. To register you need to submit the online registration form available on www.runningfestival.pl until 31st August 2012. Registration in the Competition’s Office is accepted on 7th - 8th September 2012.
2. The Organizer has the right to extend the deadline for applications, which will be indicated on the website www.runningfestival.pl
3. Participant who filled in registration form correctly and paid fee receives a start number in the Competition’s Office before the race.
4. Applications must be signed. Signature can be done in the Competition’s Office before the race when collecting the start number or sending it directly to the Organizer.
VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. Regulations are consistent with the provisions of the Running Festival rules.
2. Interpretation of the rules is up to the Organizer.
