7 VALLEYS RUN - ULTRAMARATHON 100K

Start: 3.00 am, Krynica's Promenade
Finish line: 8 pm, Krynica's Promenade (time limit: 17 h)
Distance: 100 K
Route profile: difficult route marked out in Beskid Sadecki Mountains, hilly, with many ascents and runaways
7 Valleys Run - Ultramarathon is the elimination to the world's most famous ultramarathon -> Ultra-Trail Du Mont Blanc 2012. Reaching a finish line in Krynica you gain 3 qualifying points to UTMB.
7 Valleys Run - Ultramarathon includes also 2 additional courses:
- 33 K mountain race (finish line in Rytro)
- 66 K mountain race (finish line in Piwniczna)
Rules of 7 Valleys Run
I. ORGANIZER
1. The organizer of the Running Festival is Institute for Eastern Studies with the seat in Warsaw at the following address, 00-382, Solec 85/33 str.; www.forum-ekonomiczne.pl, phone: +48 22/583-11-00, fax:+48 22/583-11-50, email: festiwalbiegowy@isw.org.pl.
2. The competition’s website address: www.festiwalbiegowy.pl and www.runningfestival.pl.
II. PLACE AND DATE
1. Start and finish line: Krynica-Zdrój, promenade
2. Distance: 100K
3. Description: the route is difficult, marked out in Beskid Sądecki Mountains, hilly, with many ascents and runaways
4. Time limit: 17 hours
5. Limits on individual time measurement points:
- Rytro: 5h:30’
- Piwniczna: 10h:30’
- Wierchomla: 13h
- Bacówka nad Wierchomlą: 14h:30’
6. General remarks:
- start will take a place on 3.00 am on 8th September 2012 (Saturday)
- all those who will not reach a finish line until 8 pm have to stop the race and leave the route. They can get to Krynica by car provided by the organizer of the Festival
- ultramarathon will also held two mountain races: 33K - finish line in Rytro (time limit: 6h:30’) and 66K – finish line in Piwniczna-Zdrój (time limit: 13h)
III. PARTICIPANTS
Participants: all those who will fill in online registration form, will receive a start number in the Competition’s Office and will be 18 years old.
IV. APPLICATIONS
1. To register you need to submit the online registration form available on www.runningfestival.pl until 31st August 2012. Registration in the Competition’s Office is accepted on the 7th September 2012.
2. The Organizer has the right to extend the deadline for applications, which will be indicated on the website www.runningfestival.pl
3. Participant who filled in registration form correctly and paid fee receives a start number in the Competition’s Office before the race.
4. Applications must be signed. Signature can be done in the Competition’s Office before the race when collecting the start number or sending it directly to the Organizer.

Final provisions:
Regulations are consistent with the provisions of the Running Festival rules.
Interpretation of the rules is up to the Organizer.
